How to Build a Deadlift Barbell Platform

“You just put the bar down on the floor, and you start moving it.
It’s a fairly straightforward process, and once you get it down, you can do some pretty crazy stuff with it.”
Smith’s deadlift barbell platform is designed for people who are either big or small, athletic or not.
The platform has a range of speeds, from 60 to 120 pounds per second, and can be used for up to 40 reps.
It weighs a mere 300 pounds, which is a bit light for a full-suspension deadlift.
The platform is simple enough to build, and Smith built it with his dad’s own three-part barbell, the Smith machine.
The machine was built in 1949, and the Smith machines are made from a variety of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel and brass.
The Smith machine was designed by Smith to be used to set a new world record, and it did so in 1947.
In the process, it set the record for the fastest full-width bench press.
“The bar is about five or six feet in length, and I’ve seen people get down to about six feet, maybe seven feet,” Smith said.
“I don’t know if they’ve ever lifted that much.
I’ve never seen them pull down like that.”
He also had an idea for a deadlift extension that he would never be able to get off the ground.
“We had a guy in the early ’80s, he was deadlifting 10 or 11, and he started to lose his legs,” Smith recalled.
“He’d had knee surgery and then his back, and so the doctor had said, ‘I’m going to amputate his legs so I can’t train them anymore.'”
The doctor said that a way to make it work was to put a metal rod in the middle of the bar, which was bolted to a wooden platform, and then to have the end of the rod swing up through the platform and over the end to the end.
The end of rod is attached to a frame, and a hydraulic pump is attached in the bottom of the platform.
“So we were like, ‘What if we just put a rod in there?'”
Smith’s design is simple, but it’s one that can be customized for a range.
The design can be built in a variety in widths from 30 to 60 inches.
He said that if you can make the platform with the best dimensions, you should be able for it to be made from materials like stainless steel or brass.
“The best way to build a platform is to have a bar that’s 30 to 40 inches wide, and if you build it that way, you’ve got to be able stand up,” he said.
The only thing you have to do is bend the bar so it’s bent at one point.
“If you can’t bend it, it’s a bit of a pain,” Smith noted.
You can then bend the end and it’s like a little bit of an extension.
The longer you can bend it the better, because the bar goes up and up.
Smith also had a concept for a suspension bar that would allow a person to perform the deadlift with a lot of control.
The bar was designed to be adjustable for the person’s height and weight.
The suspension bar also had two different levels of support.
“There was a higher level, where the bar was a little taller than a man, and there was a lower level, and when you’re in the lower level and you’re lowering the bar you get a little more assistance.
The guy could pull down, or he could push up,” Smith explained.”
You can lift it like a guy and the guy can push you down,” Smith added.
“And I think it works really well.”
