Microsoft is making cross-Platform learning platform called Microsoft Learning for mobile devices.
This platform allows developers to build cross-device games and applications.
Microsoft Learning has been developed in partnership with the Microsoft Research Labs (MSL) and is designed to provide developers with the ability to deliver interactive learning experiences on mobile devices for developers and publishers.
The platform enables developers to take advantage of a range of interactive learning tools including Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Edge Web, Microsoft Surface Web, Visual Studio Code, Microsoft OneNote and the Microsoft Cloud, among others.

Developed by Microsoft Research Lab and the MSL, Microsoft Learning provides a range and flexibility to developers that enables developers with different experience levels and skill sets to easily build and share their cross-devices.
The Microsoft Learning platform also includes a suite of Microsoft Edge plugins and libraries for developers.
The Microsoft Edge libraries are designed to help developers develop cross-mobile experiences, and the developers can use Microsoft Edge for mobile applications, as well.
Microsoft Edge developers can also use Microsoft Cloud for sharing the code that powers the Microsoft Knowledge Graph and Azure Marketplace.
Microsoft Learning can also be used by publishers to develop and publish cross-game experiences on the Microsoft Marketplace.
Microsoft is developing the Microsoft Game Studios for Mobile for mobile and tablet platforms and Microsoft Game Lab for Mobile and Tablet.
Microsoft Game Studio for Mobile will allow publishers to create mobile games, which are published on the Marketplace, as a cross-play experience, with Microsoft Learning.
Microsoft has also created a developer portal for Microsoft Learning on the Xbox Marketplace.
This portal allows developers access to the Microsoft Tools for Developers portal and the following Microsoft Learning APIs:Microsoft Developer Center and the Developer Portal are two important parts of Microsoft Learning that developers will be looking forward to using.
The Developer Portal provides developers and consumers with information about Microsoft Learning, and it also allows them to set up cross-channel communications with Microsoft to build and publish their cross devices.
The other important part of the Developer portal is the Microsoft Developer Marketplace.
This portal provides a curated collection of developer resources to help their users to get started with Microsoft Tools.
The Developer Portal is a powerful way for developers to get access to Microsoft tools, and there are a number of great tools available through this portal that will give you a head start on building a cross platform game.
This will make it much easier for developers, publishers and the community to connect and collaborate across devices.
